Perfios Appoints Veena Rao as COO to Drive Global Operations and Scale

Perfios has appointed Veena Rao as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), as the company strengthens its leadership team to support global expansion and operational scale.

In her new role, Rao will lead global operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience, driving strategic growth initiatives, and building a stronger operational backbone as the company scales its technology platforms.

The appointment comes at a time when Perfios is accelerating its growth across markets and investing in strengthening its leadership bench, following the recent onboarding of Nitin Chugh as Managing Director and Group CEO.

Rao brings over three decades of experience across banking and financial services technology, with leadership roles spanning ICICI Bank, PwC, Oracle, and HCL Technologies. Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Operations Officer for the Corporate Banking business at Finastra, where she led global enterprise banking solutions across lending, trade finance, and digital channels.
