Best Firm certification is an independent, employee-driven workplace certification by Best Firm and AIM Research. It evaluates organisations across five pillars: Alignment, Execution and Accountability, Growth and Learning, Inclusion and Belonging, and Psychological Safety.
Any organisation in India that employs technology, data, or AI talent can apply. Applicants must be willing to invite their employees to participate in an anonymous, research-backed culture survey.
Scoring is based on the approval rating from employee survey responses across the five Best Firm pillars. Organisations meeting the threshold on each pillar are awarded certified status for the calendar year.
The typical end-to-end certification process takes four to six weeks. This includes registration, employee survey administration, data analysis, and the certification announcement.
