PB Fintech has reportedly appointed Amrita Pandey as its Group HR Head, signalling a sharper focus on strengthening organisational capability, leadership depth, and scalable talent systems as the company continues to expand.
In her new role, Pandey will oversee the company’s people strategy, organisational development, and HR governance, with a mandate to align talent frameworks more closely with long-term business priorities. The move comes as the fintech firm looks to build stronger internal leadership pipelines and enhance resilience across its business verticals amid ongoing growth.
Pandey’s responsibilities will include driving HR digital transformation, deepening leadership development, and designing systems that can scale with the company’s evolving needs.
Commenting on the appointment, Joint Group CEO Sarbvir Singh indicated that the company is increasingly prioritising leadership capability and organisational resilience as it grows. He noted that Pandey’s experience in leading transformation initiatives makes her well-suited to guide this next phase.
The appointment reflects a broader shift among growth-stage companies towards institutionalising talent processes, particularly as workforce complexity rises across geographies and business lines.
Rather than focusing solely on hiring, companies are increasingly investing in building structured, long-term people systems.
Pandey brings over 18 years of experience across technology, financial services, and integrated services, with a strong track record in leading large-scale workforce transformation and fostering performance-driven cultures. She joins PB Fintech from Park+, where she served as Director of Human Resources and led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.
Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President and Group HR Head at Tenon Group, managing a workforce of over 70,000 employees across India, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Her role there included overseeing culture integration, workforce planning, and performance management systems.
Earlier in her career, Pandey held leadership roles at Yatra Online, NIIT, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Info Edge, where she worked across areas such as M&A integration, HR automation, and governance.
With this appointment, PB Fintech is taking a more structured approach to talent strategy—one that goes beyond workforce expansion to focus on building systems capable of sustaining long-term growth.
