Mansi Nigam Joins Allianz Technology as Chief People Officer for India 

Allianz Technology has appointed Mansi Nigam as Chief People Officer for its India operations.  She announced the move on LinkedIn, saying she was “excited and humbled to join Allianz Technology as Chief People and Culture Officer, India,” after nearly seven years with global financial services firm BNY. In this role, she will lead human resources strategy across the company’s Indian business, overseeing workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.  

Nigam will work closely with senior leadership teams in India and globally, ensuring that people strategies support both business growth and operational efficiency. The appointment is effective immediately and positions her as a key driver of HR leadership in one of the country’s growing technology services firms.

As Chief People Officer, Nigam will guide policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. She will oversee performance management systems, leadership development programs, and initiatives to foster a cohesive and productive workplace culture.

Before joining Allianz Technology, she served as Chief People Officer at a leading Indian technology services company, where she led talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, improve retention, and build organisational capability.

Her expertise spans HR strategy, organisational design, employee experience, and learning and development. She has worked closely with executive teams to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives and has successfully scaled HR operations across multiple locations.
