AI-native enterprise automation firm EvoluteIQ has announced two strategic C-suite appointments as part of its global expansion strategy, following a $53 million investment from Baird Capital. The company has named Paul Maguire as Chief Growth Officer and Abhinaya S R as Chief Human Resources Officer.

The appointments underscore India’s growing importance in EvoluteIQ’s global operations, with Bengaluru remaining its core technology and innovation hub. The city houses one of the company’s primary R&D centres and a significant portion of the engineering talent powering its proprietary Agentic Mesh Architecture (aMa).

Sameet Gupte, CEO and Co-founder of EvoluteIQ, highlighted the strategic significance of these hires in scaling the company’s next phase of growth.

“India has been foundational to our success. The intellectual capital, engineering depth, and problem-solving rigour that emanate from Bengaluru are not a support function for our global ambition but the engine of it,” he said.

Abhinaya SR, who steps into the role of CHRO, will lead the company’s global people strategy and organisational development. She brings over two decades of experience across technology firms such as Abnormal AI, Soroco, Thoughtworks, and Infosys.

Her mandate will include building talent architecture, strengthening leadership pipelines, and shaping a scalable cultural framework across EvoluteIQ’s global operations.

Speaking on her appointment, Abhinaya said, “India has long been the world’s talent powerhouse, and today, that talent is defining technology, not just executing it. EvoluteIQ's position at the frontier of agentic AI places us at the heart of this shift. We are building something enduring: a culture where people grow alongside the technology we create for the world.”

Paul Maguire, who has been a Board Advisor for EvoluteIQ for over three years, will now take on a full-time role as Chief Growth Officer. He will lead the company’s global go-to-market strategy, focusing on enterprise expansion, partnerships, and adoption of its agentic automation platform across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

“Enterprises today are looking for scalable, outcome-driven automation solutions that can operate across complex environments. EvoluteIQ’s approach to unifying workflows, data, and AI presents a compelling opportunity, and I look forward to continuing to drive the growth in this space,” Maguire said.

The leadership expansion comes at a time when the agentic AI market is witnessing rapid growth, with projections estimating it to expand from $7 billion in 2025 to $93 billion by 2032. Enterprises are increasingly moving beyond isolated automation pilots towards integrated, AI-driven operations—an area where EvoluteIQ aims to establish a strong foothold.

Headquartered in Stockholm, EvoluteIQ operates R&D centres in Bengaluru and Menlo Park, with commercial offices in London and New York, positioning itself as a globally distributed player in the evolving enterprise automation landscape.
